Best Lehigh Valley Wedding Venues 2026: 45+ Real Photos & Photographer Picks
As a wedding photographer right here in Easton, PA, I’ve spent years capturing real love stories all over the Lehigh Valley, from those cozy rustic barns tucked away in Northampton County to the elegant old estates scattered through Lehigh County. This area really has some of the best wedding venues in Pennsylvania, hands down. Whether you’re Googling “Lehigh Valley wedding venues” or trying to find the perfect rustic barn spot near you, this guide comes straight from my own shoots at these places. I’ve thrown in the real talk: lighting quirks, favorite photo angles, and what actually makes each venue feel special on the day. Everything’s grouped by style so you can scroll to what you’re picturing, and there’s a quick table of contents up top to get through easier. If you’re planning a wedding in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, or anywhere around here, let’s make your day feel like you. Reach out whenever you’re ready! I’d love to talk about photography and help bring your vision to life.
Core Lehigh Valley Wedding Venues
These wedding venues are the heart of the Lehigh Valley region – spots in Lehigh and Northampton counties (plus accepted fringes like Palmerton). As a local photographer, I’ve shot at every single one of these, many of them multiple times! So many of these amazing spots offer that authentic PA charm with some modern touches. I’ve done my best to sort these wedding venues by style, but with how much nuance there is to so many of these places, take the “vibe” categories with a grain of salt and judge for yourself!
Rustic Barns & Farms in the Lehigh Valley
Rustic barn weddings in the Lehigh Valley are some of my favorites. You’ve got golden hour fields, wooden beams, and cozy farm vibes! These venues are ideal for rustic, family vibes, with space for intimate or mid-size celebrations.
Barn Swallow Farm – Northampton, PA

As a Lehigh Valley wedding photographer, Barn Swallow Farm has been one of my absolute favorite go-to spots for rustic barn weddings. Located on 12 acres of sweeping fields in Northampton, this family-owned venue offers a classic red barn that accommodates up to 160 guests. I’ve shot many weddings here, and it’s easily one of the best venues in the Valley. You get to exchange vows with cornfields, streams, and tall trees as your backdrop, then move inside the renovated timber-frame barn for gorgeous, warm, and inviting receptions. What truly sets this place apart is the vibe – it feels like the backyard you’ve always dreamed of mixed with all the elegance you’d expect from a high-end ballroom. The barn and getting-ready areas are outfitted with gorgeous decor that gives the entire venue a modern, sophisticated feel. You’ll find yourself asking: Am I in a barn or a fancy gala?
Those same elements of home comfort and excitement are reflected in the leadership. The owners and staff are some of the most friendly, loving, and caring people you’ll ever meet. I’ve known them for years, and I can tell you they are just as amazing outside of a wedding as they are on the day of. Their team operates with careful attention to detail, from planning and timelines to communication, making weddings here feel incredibly comfortable and efficient.
Highlights:
- Vibe & Capacity: Relaxed yet elegant rustic barn with string lights over the dance floor; seats up to 160 for receptions with plenty of room for dancing.

Stroudsmoor Country Inn – Stroudsburg, PA

Stroudsmoor Country Inn in Stroudsburg is hands down one of my absolute favorite venues near the Lehigh Valley. Located at 257 Stroudsmoor Rd, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, this mountaintop resort sits on over 200 acres with insane panoramic views of the Poconos and Delaware Water Gap. It’s all-inclusive, family-owned, and honestly it just feels like a hidden gem that punches way above its weight. I’ve shot here more times than I can count! It’s one of those places I keep coming back to year after year (sometimes month after month) because every wedding turns out to be magical, no matter the season or size!
The real magic is that Stroudsmoor isn’t just one venue! It’s six completely different spaces on the same property, each with its own personality and feel. Here’s a quick breakdown:
- Lawnhaven — Warm, cozy, and super inviting. Wooden paneling, golden chandeliers, and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas. It feels like a big family gathering in the best way! It’s perfect for couples who want that intimate, golden-hour glow without losing elegance. View this couple’s day from Lawnhaven to see how the natural light interacts with the stone architecture and surrounding forest.
- Terraview — This one seriously feels straight out of a fairytale castle. Huge seating capacity, dramatic architecture, and views that make you stop and stare. If you’re dreaming of something grand and storybook, Terraview delivers!
- Woodsgate — Hands down one of the most epic ceremony spots I’ve ever seen. There’s a woodland chapel at the top of a grand outdoor stone staircase, completely surrounded by forest. It’s literally pure fairy-tale vibes! A ceremony here is unforgettable. Then you head indoors to a warm, cozy reception space that feels intimate even with bigger groups!
- Ridgecrest — The showstopper for views. Ballroom with massive panoramic windows overlooking the Cherry Valley Gorge (that drop is insaneeee!). Outdoor ceremony site right on the edge with the gorge as your backdrop. I’m talking crazy dramatic, especially at sunset.
- SCI Pavilion — Exactly what it sounds like: an open-air pavilion tucked into the woods. It’s affordable, flexible, and has that natural, woodsy charm without being fussy. Great option if you want something beautiful but budget-friendly.
- Auradell — This space is perfect for small events at Stroudsmoor, whether it’s a really intimate microwedding, or other smaller events!
Highlights:
- Vibe & Capacity: Rustic-elegant mountaintop resort with historic inn charm; flexible for 50 to 350+ guests depending on the space (or combo) you choose.
- Venue Perks: Five unique venues on one property! Pick according to what you want – Waterfalls, gazebos, forest trails, valley vistas, seasonal beauty, you name it, and I’m pretty sure Stroudsmoor has it!
- Pros: All-inclusive packages (catering, bar, coordination, rentals), on-site lodging for guests, and one wedding per day in most spaces so you have your booked space to yourselves.
- Best For: Customizable, resort-style weddings on the Poconos edge near the Lehigh Valley. It’s perfect for couples who want mountain magic, epic views, and flexibility without leaving the area.
Stroudsmoor really is a top choice for me as a photographer, and I don’t say that lightly! I’ve shot in every single one of these spaces multiple times, and it never gets old. For a full deep-dive with more photos from weddings I’ve shot at each of the five venues (Terraview, Ridgecrest, Woodsgate, Lawnhaven, and SCI Pavilion), check out my dedicated Stroudsmoor Country Inn guide. Chelsea Sun Inn – Mount Bethel, PA

Chelsea Sun Inn in Mount Bethel is one of those venues that feels like you’ve rented an entire private world for the weekend. Home to the Stonehenge Winery and Vineyard, this 200-acre estate is built for couples who want a historic mansion wedding vibe with plenty of space to breathe. I’ve photographed here before, and what always sticks with me is how the property feels like you’ve walked into a fairytale home.
With elegantly designed rooms filled with antiques and art, this inn feels more like an artist’s mansion than a standard venue. Through each door is another room with unique character, which makes for incredible indoor portraits even before you step out onto the pristine farmland and rolling hills.
The staff here is beyond personable and truly knows how to handle their guests. To give you an idea of how much they go out of their way to accommodate, I’ve actually seen a staff member put on a fire-dancing show for a couple!. What really changes the energy of the day, though, is the 24-hour private use of the estate. It makes the whole experience feel slower and more intentional, allowing your wedding timeline to breathe while your gallery ends up feeling layered and story-driven.
Highlights:
- Vibe & Capacity: Private estate with a historic mansion feel; can host up to 250 seated guests for ceremonies and receptions.
- Outdoor Perks: Wide-open views that provide that “Poconos countryside” look, with multiple ceremony spots across the 200+ acres.
- The Experience: 24-hour private use of the mansion, a custom event tent option, and 13 guest bedrooms that can host up to 34 overnight guests.
- Photographer Tip: Use the designed rooms for a “high-fashion” indoor look before heading out to the fields for those wide-open countryside shots. It’s the perfect place to create a diverse gallery without ever leaving the grounds.
- Best For: Couples who want a historic mansion wedding in Pennsylvania with a full weekend feel and tons of backdrops without needing to travel between locations.
If you love the idea of a wedding that feels elevated but still relaxed, Chelsea Sun Inn is a strong pick. It gives you that “we’re hosting everyone at our estate for the weekend” feeling, and from a photography standpoint, it’s the kind of venue where your timeline can breathe and your gallery ends up feeling really layered and story-driven. Browse this real wedding story at Chelsea Sun Inn to see how the landscape looks across a full day of coverage.
Wilbur Mansion – Bethlehem, PA

Wilbur Mansion in Bethlehem is a solid pick for a historic mansion wedding in the Lehigh Valley if you want that classic, historic property feel but still need a venue that can handle a real guest count. It’s at 201 Cherokee St, Bethlehem, PA 18015, and the big selling point is the setting: you’ve got views overlooking the Lehigh River with the Steel Stacks in the distance, which makes cocktail hour and sunset portraits especially worth building time for.
I’ve photographed one wedding here, and what I remember most is how the views do a lot of the heavy lifting. Even if your timeline gets tight, you can step outside for five minutes and still walk away with portraits that feel very Bethlehem, very Lehigh Valley, and not like you’re standing in a generic event space.
Highlights:
- Vibe & Capacity: Historic mansion meets modern event center, with indoor and outdoor options; event spaces can host up to 250 guests (so you’ve got breathing room even if you’re planning for 200).
- Outdoor Perks: River overlook views plus a lawn and patio setup that works really well for ceremony and cocktail hour flow.

Great if you’re open to a slightly longer drive for the right fit.
