It’s been a while since the last blog post, but WOW. What an amazing wedding season it has been this year! I’m so excited to share new photos from this year, and kicking it off will be this wonderful engagement session at the Finger Lakes and Watkins Glen in New York!
Lauren and Jaime live in the Lehigh Valley, but asked me to come up to northern New York and see the finger lakes. With one of my best friends by my side for the 4 hour drive, we didn’t really know what to expect. but when we got there it was absolutely gorgeous. Light only permitted us to be there for a short moment; long enough to grab some necessary pictures but we will definitely be heading back in the spring to see this place again!
After this, we went right down the street to a lovely little vineyard where even though they only wanted one or two shots in the vineyard on the way to our next location, we wanted to give them some creative shots as well. It was beautiful as it overlooked the lake we were just at.
When we arrived at Watkin’s Glen, we didn’t know what we were in for when they said we’d be doing some light hiking, but all I know after seeing it is I’ll definitely be back. We all spent more time hiking and talking with each other than taking photos, but that’s really what it’s all about.
My clients aren’t just my clients, they become friends. Who wouldn’t want a friend to be the one to capture their special day?
Here are some of my favorites!
