When someone says “gorgeous wedding venue” you often think of places such as a country club like Old Homestead, a beautiful hotel like the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, or an inviting farm such as the incredible Barn Swallow Farm. You don’t often think of a restaurant on Hamilton Boulevard. Well, with the chance this past fall to shoot at Caramel Kitchen and Wine Bar, My mind was completely intrigued and my expectations were shattered.

Walking in, I saw a beautiful restaurant with an inviting atmosphere. Food looked great, but where on earth could you possibly fit a wedding in here? I stood searching and scanning until a hostess asked if I was looking for the wedding, and she showed me to the back door. Lo and behold, a very inviting and gorgeously laid out space for a ceremony and reception was before my eyes. I honestly had to do a double take! You would never have guessed that a wedding could be had here, but when you see exactly what Caramel Kitchen did with my client’s vision for their special day, I don’t think anyone could have been happier.
